1. Airline Ticket Refunds

  • Cancellations by Customers: Refunds for cancelled airline tickets are subject to the fare rules, cancellation fees, and refund policies of the respective airline.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Certain airline tickets may be non-refundable. In such cases, only applicable taxes may be refunded, if allowed by the airline.
  • Processing Fees: Zunjarrao Yatra LLP may charge a service fee for processing cancellation and refund requests.
  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds for eligible tickets may take 7–30 business days to process, depending on the airline.

2. Bus Ticket Refunds

  • Cancellations by Customers: Refunds for cancelled bus tickets are subject to the fare rules, cancellation fees, and refund policies of the respective bus.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Certain bus tickets may be non-refundable. In such cases, only applicable taxes may be refunded, if allowed by the bus operator.
  • Processing Fees: Zunjarrao Yatra LLP may charge a service fee for processing cancellation and refund requests.
  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds for eligible tickets may take 7–30 business days to process, depending on the bus.

3. Hotel Booking Refunds

  • Cancellations by Customers: Refunds for cancelled hotel bookings depend on the cancellation policy of the hotel at the time of booking.
  • Non-Refundable Rates: Some hotel rates are non-refundable. Such bookings are not eligible for refunds.
  • Processing Fees: Zunjarrao Yatra LLP may charge a processing fee for cancellations or refund requests.
  • Refund Timeframe: Eligible refunds may take 7–30 business days, based on the hotel's policies.

4. Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or third-party fees.
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • 14 days or less before departure: No refund available.

5. Cancellation by the Company

If we are forced to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, low participation, government restrictions), you will be offered the choice of:

A full refund, or

  • A credit toward a future trip with us.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Some services, such as airfare, hotel bookings, or activity reservations, may be non-refundable based on the third-party provider's terms. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

7. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7–14 business days after approval. Please note that transaction fees and processing charges may apply.

8. Trip Modifications

Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to change your travel plans.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of illness, cancellations, or other unexpected events.
